Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may require an additional fee


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:
