Orders & Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
After your order ships, delivery takes: United States: 3-5 business days Canada: 6-10 business days United Kingdom: 7-11 business days Australia: 7-11 business days New Zealand: 7-11 business days Other countries: 8-12 business days Total time = Processing (24-48 hours) + Delivery time above For example, if you're in the US, expect your order in approximately 7-12 days total from when you place it.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide with no minimum purchase required.
If you're ordering internationally, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges: Are determined by your local customs authority Are your responsibility to pay Are not included in your order total Vary by country and order value We have no control over these fees. Contact your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
If you haven't received tracking within 48 business hours of ordering, check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Email us at admin@wearnwander.com with your order number and we'll get you tracking immediately.
Tracking often pauses during these stages: In transit between countries (international orders) Sitting at customs (can take 3-7 days) In carrier's local facility before final delivery If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at admin@wearnwander.com and we'll investigate.
If your order hasn't shipped yet (within 24-48 hours), email admin@wearnwander.com immediately with your order number and correct address. We'll update it if possible. If already shipped, we cannot redirect packages. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll need to pay shipping fees to have it sent again.
Currently, we only offer one shipping method (free standard shipping). We're working on adding express options in the future.

To be eligible for return, items must be: Completely unworn and unused Unwashed with no signs of wear In original packaging Tags still attached (if applicable) We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on underwear and lingerie if: The item is defective or damaged on arrival The sealed packaging has never been opened All hygiene seals are intact Once packaging is opened, these items cannot be returned unless defective.
If we made an error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you For any other approved returns: You pay return shipping costs Original shipping charges are never refunded unless the error was ours.
Once we receive and inspect your return: We'll email you confirmation within 1-2 business days Refund is processed to your original payment method You'll see the money back in 3-7 business days depending on your bank Total timeline: Usually 7-14 days from when you ship the return to us

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processors. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
