Refund policy

At Wear n Wander, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within clear and fair guidelines outlined below.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is significantly different from what was described

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Requests made after this window may not be approved.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • All tags (if applicable) must be intact

  • Return requests must be approved before shipping

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we can offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

The resolution will be discussed with you based on item availability and your preference.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
