Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
The original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items purchased on final sale or during clearance events.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Damaged products (unless the item is defective or was received damaged).
Refund Process

Approval of Refunds: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) or further instructions.
Condition Check: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet refund eligibility criteria.
Refund Options

Refund to the original payment method (processing may take 5–10 business days).
Store credit for future purchases at Wear & Wander.
Exchange for another item of equal value.
Shipping Costs
Customer-Paid Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Free Returns: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing admin@wearnwander.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order details.
